Another pretty lights we spotted at the Northern Lighting stand. I think this is a good mix of simple Scandinavian design with an industrial touch.

From Their Website:
Northern Lighting’s products are created in collaboration with designers, tastemakers and innovators around the world. Established in Oslo in 2005, our designs are guided by Scandinavian simplicity and the ever-changing character of the Nordic light. As Northern Lighting’s products illuminate interiors throughout the world, our commitment to quality, sustainability and design excellence travels with them.

Another brand, which we found quite interesting was a Swedish Manufacturer - Örsjö. They do similar to Angelepoise industrial looking table lamps, as well as simple designs with small spotlights. Their finishes vary from white, black, brushed gold to some coloured ones. Good company to keep in mind.

From Their Website:
Örsjö Belysnig AB is a company with roots deep in the southeast corner of Småland in southern Sweden. This is an arena known for its entrepreneurial spirit and strong tradition of design and handicraft, qualities that we’ve honoured for over sixtyfive years.
Today, Örsjö stands for timeless lighting fixtures and collaborations with Scandinavia’s leading designers. The fixtures from us are the result of vast experience, the sense of quality and the innovative spirit that has become synonymous with Örsjö Belysning.

We have visited Milan Salone del Mobile this year and were really impressed by Euroluce Lighting exhibition especially. So many different and interesting Lighting manufactures came to show their products from all over the world. We really liked Anglepoise, a British brand.

The brand and original lamp were created in 1930 by a car engineer George Carwardine. Using special springs with a ‘constant tension’ quality developed by Terry’s, Carwardine had chanced upon the means to create an articulated task lamp that could combine ultimate flexibility with perfect balance.  A patent wass filed and, in 1933 the first four-spring Anglepoise® lamp was launched.

Anglepoise® Original 1227™ Lamp know comes in different colours and fitting options from wall lights to ceiling pendants. We are very happy with this found:)

Truth be told, not all of us live in an abandoned warehouse with beautiful concrete walls or an old New York loft apartment with an exposed brick interior. Sad that. However, fear not - we have a solution! Wallpapered produce a beautiful range of texture wallpapers. The wallpapers are custom printed so can fit to any dimensions you need. Now the only hard part is to choosing which one!

Happy Friday! Enjoy Every Moment!

Industrial chic is the trend of the trends at the moment. Personally, I am absolutely in love with those statement lighting pieces. They look artistic and unique, being at the same time rough and elegant they create a prefect balance of a contemporary design.

Blue is still on trend and still very attractive. Why not to spoil your home with a blue rug? Blue works well for any season and goes well with a lot of other colours.

The key to a fresh and colourful looking interior is to use indoor plants. Greenery instantly changes the atmosphere and adds a kick of decoration, which your apartments needs to stand out and to feel complete. There are a lot of different ways in which you can include plants into your home’s decor without involving vases and pots. One of the options is to use hanging plants.

Happy Friday! Inspiring weekend to everyone! Go and explore!

Wooden floor became so popular, that people expect to see it in every modern apartment. Why not to add a bit more wood into the house by creating and installing a beautiful wall or ceiling cladding? Feature wall in wood can add more warmth and coziness to the space.
